All materials on this site, including the content, site design, text, graphics, and their arrangement, are the property of Jazaa Global (unless otherwise stated). Except for personal, non-commercial home use, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from this site without our express permission. If you wish to link to this site, please contact us for written approval. Failure to obtain approval in advance is a violation of this agreement and an infringement of Jazaa Global's copyright and proprietary rights.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products. This applies whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will promptly initiate refund after mandatory financial process is completed.
Order acceptance policy
At "jazaaglobal.com," we reserve the right to deny and cancel orders at our sole discretion, for any reason. If your order is canceled, we will notify you on the designed contact number or by email (if provided). Jazaa Global will not be obligated to fulfill or ship your order if it has been canceled. In such cases, we will refund all amount after deduction of any charges as per T&Cs. Reasons for order denial and cancellation may include limited product quantities, inaccuracies or errors in the product details, suspected intent to resell, delivery to an invalid or incomplete address, product recalls affecting items in your order, or the need for additional verification or information.
We strive to maintain a wide range of products for our customers. However, please note that product availability is subject to various demand circumstances, and there may be instances where certain items are not immediately available for delivery. We want to ensure transparency and provide clarity regarding our product availability policy. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease making any or all products available or to cancel any order.
Products ordered through our online store are delivered on working days, except for weekends and holidays. We utilize various courier companies for deliveries, with delivery times depending on the destination city. Standard delivery may take up to 2 to 3 working days within Karachi city, while standard delivery time for other cities may take up to 3 to 5 working days. The delivery timeframe begins once the order has been confirmed to our customer service representative.
Please note that our on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to delays caused by circumstances beyond our or our logistics partners' control. These may include unavailability or refusal to accept delivery, delays caused by the consignee, acts of God, actions of public authorities, Customs or similar authorities, riots, strikes or labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in transportation networks, and natural disasters.
All products purchased through our online store can be paid for via Cash on Delivery or Debit/Credit cards. We do not accept payment by cheque or money order. Payments made using Debit/Credit cards are subject to approval by the issuing financial institution. We shall not be liable if the financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. Cashbacks and discounts from third-party platforms will be fulfilled by them rather than Jazaa Global.
Products purchased through our online store can be returned to Jazaa Global within 7 days of the order for a full refund, excluding delivery costs and other charges (if any). If a product purchased from us is damaged, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability.
