Jazaa Global trade-marks may not be used without Jazaa Global express authorization and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Jazaa Global trade-marks may not be used in connection with any products or services that are not Jazaa Global or authorized by Jazaa Global, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or potential customers of Jazaa Global, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Jazaa Global.

All material contained on the site, including the content, site design, text, graphics, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the property of Jazaa Global (unless otherwise expressly stated). No material from the site or any website owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by Jazaa Global may be copied, reproduced, republished, framed, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Typographical errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order acceptance policy

"jazaaglobal.com" reserves the right to deny and cancel orders at any time after placement, for any reason, at our sole discretion. You will be notified by email, to the email address given during checkout of the decision made by Jazaa Global to cancel your order. Should your order be canceled, Jazaa Global will not be obligated to fulfill/ship your order. After cancellation has taken place, Jazaa Global will return all monies exchanged, back to the original payment method used during checkout. Orders may be denied and canceled in whole, or in part by Jazaa Global for any of the following reasons (though not limited to): • Limited product quantities available to fulfill your order • Inaccuracies or errors related to the product within your order • Suspected intent to resell • Shipping to invalid or incomplete address • Product Recalls, affecting an item within your order • We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Product Availability

We cannot guarantee product availability; nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipment of all products ordered via the online store is done every day after at agreed times with shipping companies, except for weekends and holidays. Jazaa Global's online store uses various courier companies. Shipment by courier company can take up to 6 business days for delivery, or express courier can take up to 3 business days for delivery. Shipping timeframes begin once the order has been processed.

The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond Jazaa Global or its shipping partners’ control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee; acts of God; public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises; acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities; riots; circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labor disputes; civil commotions; disruptions in the air or ground transportation network (such as weather phenomena); and natural disasters.

Payment

Payment of all items purchased via the online store is Cash on Delivery or Online Transfer. All products selected under "taxes on non-global items" may be charged based on the shipping address. We do not accept payment by cheque or money order. For Debit/Credit Card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if the such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. All cashbacks and discounts from third party platforms will be fulfilled by their end instead of Jazaa Global’s end.

Return Policy

Boards purchased via the online store can be returned to Jazaa Global within 7 days of the order for a full refund, minus all shipping costs. If the product purchased from the Jazaa Global online store is damaged, a replacement will be sent. The Jazaa Global online store policy notes that replacement for a damaged product is subject to availability.
